Swallow: Effects & Location
【Swallow】Location: Worship Hall (New Game+)
Each Counter performed without entering Focus increases all damage dealt.
Bonus resets upon taking damage.

When Swallow Is Most Useful
Damage Increases After Landing a Counter
Even without using Focus, there are moments when a brief Counter effect appears after a Perfect Dodge. Those short Counter windows — as well as Counters triggered by Rabbit or Serpent — satisfy the activation condition for Swallow’s buff.
Also, although the description text makes it sound like the effects might stack, it turns out they actually do stack.
My initial assumption was that they wouldn’t, but after preparing three observation patterns and asking an AI to analyze them, it returned an extremely convoluted formula and concluded: “Yes, they stack.”
Either way, here’s how strong it is — in the first phase of the Shiromuku fight on the Lost in the Fog difficulty:
Without Swallow: Ends after 10 Counters
With Swallow (no mistakes): Ends after 6 Counters
This alone shows just how powerful it is.
Recommended Omamori Combinations
Rabbit
【Rabbit】Location: Middle School (New Game+)
Allows performing a Counter with a Heavy Attack during a Perfect Dodge.
Stamina drops to 0 when successful.

This is the go-to option for triggering Counters without using Focus.
However, if you perform a Perfect Dodge → Counter while in Focus, Swallow will not activate. Make sure to release the Focus button the moment the Perfect Dodge triggers.
Serpent
【Serpent】
Automatically performs Counters, but reduces maximum Sanity and slows Sanity recovery.
From Draw Omamori
Whenever the effect triggers, it automatically performs a Counter, ensuring you never miss an opportunity.
However, each activation of Serpent reduces your maximum Sanity, so some form of recovery or support is required.
