This guide explains how to make Strong Potions in Potion Craft.
It is written for beginners, so it is especially useful if you are just starting the game.
Use this guide to help with your playthrough.
How to Make a Strong Potion
The closer the bottle is placed to the Effect circle on the Alchemy Map, the stronger the potion will be.
If the bottle is positioned fully inside the circle, you will obtain a Level III Strong Potion.
Positioning for a Weak effect (Level I)
Positioning for a normal effect (Level II)
Positioning for a Strong effect (Level III)
Strong Potions sell for a higher price and generate more profit, so unless a specific effect level is requested, it is generally better to craft and sell Strong Potions.
In most cases, Strong Potions can be made by fine-tuning the position using Base items such as Water or Salt.
Situations where you aim to land exactly on Level III using stirring alone are extremely rare. (Not impossible, but rare.)
Add Base Fine-Tuning Technique

By adding Base using the Ladle shown in the red-framed area in the image above, the bottle’s current position is pulled back toward the starting point at the center of the map.
For example, as shown in the image below, even if you cannot stop exactly at the Level III position by stirring alone,

move the bottle to the position marked with “Aim here”, and then add Base.

This allows you to finish the potion at the Strong Potion position.
In short, you simply need to move past the target Effect and fine-tune the position using Add Base.
Keeping this approach in mind will allow you to create Strong Potions for almost every effect.
Additionally, faint guide lines extend from both the target Effect and the bottle icon.

Fine-tuning becomes much easier if you aim to align these lines.
Fine-Tuning Techniques Using Salt
Salt refers to special ingredients created from Legendary Substances, namely Moon Salt and Sun Salt.
For tilted Effects located far from the center of the map, simply positioning the bottle precisely may still result in a Level I or II potion.

In such cases, picking up Salt from the ingredient list and adding it to the Cauldron allows you to rotate the bottle either clockwise or counterclockwise.
・Moon Salt=Counterclockwise
・Sun Salt=Clockwise
When the bottle’s angle matches the tilt of the Effect, you can create a Level III potion.
In addition to adjusting the bottle to match the Effect, the movement direction of ground ingredients also tilts accordingly, making this technique useful for ingredient-saving recipes.

In the game, this recipe can be purchased from merchants starting from The Alchemist’s Path: Chapter VII.
