What happens when you find a Ghost?

These are child spirits that can be found in the Institute.
Simply shine your light on them until they vanish. If you find all 5, the Achievement “Institutionalized” will be unlocked.
They do not affect story progression, but completionists aiming for 100% will need to find them.

First Half – 3 Ghosts

Found by turning right immediately after entering the Institute.

Found at the end of the hallway after neutralizing the plants and moving forward.

Found in the room beyond the point where you ring the gong and drop down.
Second Half – 2 Ghosts

Found behind the locked door.
Pick up the key inside the wall hole at the end of the hallway.
