【SILENT HILL f】Kudzunodai Walkthrough and Guide

Kudzunodai – First Half

Things to Know

[Catch Up to the Fog Monster to Unlock an Achievement] You can unlock this Achievement by catching the Fog Monster three times. Between each chase, the path will be blocked by a Tumor Womana, so you must take her down to resume the pursuit. It does not appear to be a strict overall time limit. Instead, each checkpoint likely has its own internal timer. For safety, prioritize chasing the Fog Monster first. Once you catch it, you can calmly explore each area afterward. On [Story] difficulty, enemies along the way are softer, making things easier. You can also attempt this in subsequent playthroughs via New Game +.

[Intense Combat Awaits] Think of the entire route as one long boss fight. Because of this, you'll find plenty of weapons and Tool Kit scattered along the way. Make sure your gear is well prepared before moving forward.

┗① has a Tool Kit, and ② contains Ramune and the Weapon [Kitchen Knife]. ┗At ③, a Tumor Woman blocks the path, so take her down. Inside the house behind her you'll find Yokan and Bandage. ┗④Hokora has a Weapon [Axe] beside it, and Divine Water is at the dead end on the left. Be careful—an enemy will perform a Grapple Tackle from the side of the nearby house. ┗At ⑤, you'll find Bandage, a Tool Kit, and a Weapon [Baseball Bat]. ⑥ contains Higashi and a Weapon [Sickle]. ⑦ has Ramune. ┗At ⑧, another Tumor Woman blocks the road, so take her down.

┗① has a Hokora and an Ema. ② contains Kudzu Tea. ┗Around ③, you'll find a Weapon [Kitchen Knife], Yokan, an Antique Comb, and a Tool Kit. ┗At ④, yet another Tumor Woman blocks your way, so take her down. You can also pick up a Tool Kit, Ramune, and a Weapon [Crowbar] in the area. ┗Proceed to ⑤.

Kudzunodai – Second Half

┗Pick up the Chocolate in front of Chizuruya General Store. ┗At ①, talking to the doll triggers a forced battle. You'll find Bandage and Yokan nearby. ┗Behind the Hokora at ② is Kudzu Tea. At ③, there's a Dried Carcass. ┗At ④, talking to the doll triggers another forced battle. You'll find Bandage and Higashi nearby. ┗At ⑤, pick up Higashi. At ⑥, there may be a forced battle with the Drum. I immediately went Awakened Mode and finished it off, so I'm not sure — it might be skippable. ┗At ⑦ you'll find Ramune. At ⑧, an Antique Comb. At ⑨, another Chocolate. ┗At ⑩, talking to the doll triggers a forced battle. Near the end of the fight, the Drum shows up again, but you should have enough Awakening Gauge by now to smash everything at once. There's Divine Water in the area. ┗At ⑪, an event occurs.

Things to Know

[Next Stage] It's a linear path with no exploration elements. All items can be found along the way, and none are intentionally hidden. You'll encounter several forced battles, but none of them are particularly difficult. Beyond the Hokora, you'll face the Boss [Shiromuku], so make sure you're prepared.
